My problem is that my Great Great Grndfather was born in County Atrim in Northern Ireland -came to America around 1830 or so-1870 censes says he was born in "Ireland". But, his name was John Moore (I am Richard Moore-posting as anonymous as it was the only choice I had)-it seems every boy child of a Moore born in that area was named "John."
